WILL MY INSURANCE COVER THIS?

Personalized Physical Therapy is an out of network provider.  Our services are reimbursable by most insurance plans.  To find out more, you can contact your insurance company and inquire about your out of network physical therapy benefits.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

You pay your therapist directly at the time of service.  We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and HSA cards.  You will receive a form to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION FROM MY DOCTOR?

The state of Maryland does not require a prescription to receive physical therapy services.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Yes!  We have one treatment room that is attached to a playroom, and another treatment room with a small play area in it.  We also have a stocked changing station and a mamaroo swing for your very little ones.
