She is very passionate about treating the unique issues of pregnant and postpartum patients, and wanted a business that provided accessible care to busy mothers. Kelsey utilizes a "hands-on" approach to improve joint and muscle function, and restore mobility, stability, and alignment. Treating the pelvic floor is often foundational for many men and women experiencing insidious lower abdominal, back, and hip pain. Don’t forget the importance of gaining neuromuscular control of the pelvic floor as a pregnant mother to set yourself up for success during delivery and postpartum! If Christina’s not talking about the pelvic floor, she’s reading the same book over and over to one of her three children.
